 Sound baths are a wonderful form of meditation and rejuvenation. All one has to do is find a comfortable position either laying down or sitting up, let your self take slow deep breaths to center yourself ~ then allow the sounds of the bowls to bathe you. 

  The quartz crystal bowls which are used in in this sound bath session have been designed to sound the musical notes of the 7 main chakras of our energy body. The bowls are made of natural quartz crystal. The chemical make up of quartz crystal is quite similar to the chemical make up of our own physical bodies. This allows the sound currents of the bowls to easily influence deep states of balancing within our human form. 

The bowls will sing  to all levels of your being: physical, emotion, mental, intuitive and spiritual. In a way each of us in our present state is playing our own song through our chakras. Our chakras are spinning vortexes of energy, each having a specific frequency/musical note. We are performing specific and collective songs that reflect our state of being. When an individual’s energy body becomes misaligned or out of balance, the song our being sings is in a state of dissonance. When listening to and feeling the chakra bowls sing their pure notes your total being is reminded of its inherent nature, it inherent notes. The magical voices of the crystal bowls guide your energy body back to its true nature, back to a state of harmony or resonance. As the bowls are played for the whole group, the mysterious intelligence of the sound currents guide and interact with each person’s energy body individually. 

If you would like to be a co-creator of your sound bath you can connect with what you understand as your  spiritual source and cultivate an intention for your experience. For example: I would like a deeper understanding of the energy body, I have a pain here or there and would like it to return to balance or I would like to have a deeper awareness of  whatever it is you desire. One can also choose to follow, merge or direct the sound currents within their own energy body.
