With 2o years of combined experience and countless hours of training , Kathleen has cultivated a unique blend of skill, intuition, and compassion. Inner stillness is her gateway to the symbolic language of the bodymind. She assists in the discovery and re-alignment of energy patterns which are fragmented, weak, blocked, exhausted or overwhelmed, thus bringing about a renewed sense of unity and harmony within "ones" being. Shane Riley

Shane has studied and practiced several forms of meditation for over 35 years, he has a special blend of insight, education, and experience. Shane offers personalized instruction in Breath work and Yoga Nidra, both techniques assist one in creating a personal practice for releasing contracted energy patterns. Through Shanes medatitve practices he has founded unique way of  playing the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls that allows one to journey into profound states of Awareness and Relaxation. Shane plays the bowls during private or group Gandharva (sound) therapy sessions. 
Shane is a Integrative Yoga Therapist, and a Massage Techncian.
