The center has been an integral part of the Deserts' holistic health community for 10 years providing a wide selection of Holistic Health Techniques. Each session or program is personalized to meet the needs of each individual. We provide an integrative approach, recognizing  health and wellness come from the awareness and balancing of the 5 koshas or bodies; physical, emotional, mental, intuitive/innate wisdom, and spiritual.

True Health is the harmony of life within us, consisting of peace of mind, happiness, and well being. It is not merely a question of physical fitness, but is rather the result of the soul finding free expression through the mind and body of that individual. Such a person radiates peace and happiness and everyone in his presence automatically feels happy and content.
